Safety Tips During an Outage

To aid your co-ops in servicing you faster and more efficiently, and to prevent an overload on the electrical system, you can do the following:

• Turn off your appliances and inside lights
• Turn off your thermostat to your heating and cooling system.
• Turn on a porch light so the co-op workers know when your power has been restored.
