JOEMC should have your most up-to-date contact information so you can stay informed.  You may think as long as you have service, you will stay informed through your monthly bill and

newsletter, but the fact is you are missing out on timely and important information by not having your email address on file with us.

Providing your email address and cell phone number gives us the ability to notify you quickly of planned and unplanned power outages in your area, your daily usage notifications, and much more. So, remember, whether you have changed email providers, switched jobs, or gotten a new cell phone number, be sure to let us know.  When giving this information, you can feel comfortable that your personal information is safe and will not be sold or given to any outside vendors not associated with JOEMC.
