Bringing Creative and Innovative Classroom Projects to Life   JOEMC recently awarded 74 Bright Ideas Education Grants totaling $77,000 to local educators. These grants fund unique classroom learning projects that will benefit close to 25,000 students at 53 schools in Jones and Onslow Counties and the Topsail schools of Pender County.   Bright Ideas grant applications are submitted each year starting in August, and an independent panel of judges select winning proposals through a competitive evaluation process.
