A Look Back: 2026 Virtual Annual Meeting Recap

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Jones-Onslow EMC Virtual Annual Meeting! Held online for the convenience of our members, the event offered an opportunity to stay connected, informed, and engaged with your cooperative— all from the comfort of home. 

The virtual format featured updates from JOEMC leadership, highlighting key accomplishments from the past year and outlining exciting plans for the future. From system improvements and reliability upgrades to ongoing efforts focused on member satisfaction, the meeting showcased how your cooperative continues to work hard to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable power. 

In addition to the business portion of the meeting, members enjoyed a fun and lighthearted video featuring kids “taking over” the office. The video offered a behind-the-scenes look at JOEMC through a different lens, bringing smiles while highlighting the people and teamwork that power our cooperative every day. 

While we couldn’t gather in person this year, we still brought the excitement with prize drawings and interactive elements. Members who registered for the meeting were automatically entered into our giveaways, adding an extra layer of anticipation to the experience. 

We’re excited to congratulate all of our prize winners— especially our $5,000 grand prize winner, Jaime Lozano, who is pictured with Krystal Phillips, Communications and Community Relations Manager. Moments like these are just one of the many ways we enjoy giving back to our members.
