VP of Information Technology Devin Costa Receives Tim Peede Award

We are proud to share that Jones-Onslow EMC Vice President of Information Technology Devin Costa has been selected as the 2026 recipient of the prestigious Tim Peede Technology Excellence Award. 

The Tim Peede Technology Excellence Award is presented in memory of Tim Peede, the former Vice President of Information Technology and CIO for South River EMC, who was known as a beacon of integrity, kindness, and faith. This award is given annually to someone who embodies Peede’s exceptional leadership, innovative spirit, commitment to integrity, and dedication to serving others.  

Devin was presented with this honor at the 2026 Cooperative Technologies Conference & Expo in Wilmington in August.  

For more than 11 years, Devin has played a key role in driving the success and growth of the Jones-Onslow IT Department. His passion for innovation and emerging technology has positioned JOEMC to meet change with confidence and vision. He truly embodies the cooperative mission through his leadership and dedication to education, technology, and service.
